PROJECT SUMMARY:

• For many karate schools, getting their traditional philosophy signage is an expensive and labor-intensive process. The goal of this project is to develop tools and techniques to provide karate schools with affordable and easy signage solutions.

• Currently, 3D stencils and extruded symbols with dowels are being tested to create a product that is as easy to use as possible

TOOLS:

• 3D Printing, Laser cutting, Fusion 360, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, Bambu Studio

TEAM:

• Skyler Kapel - Industrial Designer: Responsible for creating a product, renderings, projections, logos, layout strategy, and product display design.

• Mountain Martial Arts - Assembly of charts, processing of wood and first dojo that commissioned the signage.
